We have been so motivated by all your photos and seeing all your different activities; inspired by your stories and loving all your comments!
Our aim was to try and get as many people as possible committing to make a healthy lifestyle change during April… I am overwhelmed to say that we have had over 300 people sign up and taking part from all over the world…
But don’t stop now… just because the Challenge is over we really encourage you to keep it up and make 30 minutes of exercise an integral part of your day!
